The Prosecution Authority announced before the Limassol Permanent Criminal Court that criminal proceedings against three of the six accused in the killing of 49-year-old businessman Stavros Demosthenous had been suspended.
The suspension concerns accused persons 1, 2 and 3.
A charge of vehicle theft was added against the first accused, who admitted it.
